Exploring Taiwanese EFL Graduate Students Learning Academic Writing

Much has been done to explore the successful tips for scholarly publication in higher education, and revealed challenges facing periphery scholars; few studies, however, discussed enculturation of learning how write their theses English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contexts from graduate students’ standpoints. This study aims bridge gaps extant literature on academic writing yield insights into research space is created by students perspective community practice (CoP). In particular, this paper addressed what might encounter terms beliefs attitudes toward multidimensional engagement community. Four were involved via homogeneous sampling four universities Taiwan. To obtain rich data, semi-structured interviews adopted, audio-recorded, transcribed, re-constructed.
